Has anyone refurbished old Ronstan rope clutches.
I have almost 12 of these. I'm thinking about replacing them. More for aesthetic reasons.
But, they are almost 40 year's old. Still work reasonably well.
Can you get parts for them?
Dose anyone know what the handles are made of and plated with?
Can they be refurbished?

It looks like the handles are Brass?
Can anyone confirm what they are made from and plated with?
