Hood 810 Seafurl

I have the Hood 810 continuous line furling system which apparently will not reef well.

I believe I saw mention one time of a conversion kit or a replacement program at a big discount.

Does anyone know if these are still available? Or where a conversion kit can be had? I checked the Hood and Pompanette web sites and there is no mention of either.

Thank for any info,

Randy

Call Hood/Bomar/Pomanette directly. Not all the answers are found on the internet.

Re: Hood 810 Seafurl

Go to Pompanette site, click "online catalog", click "conversion kits"
I recently changed my PITA continuous line to single line. Not cheap, but a world of difference.

Re: Hood 810 Seafurl

Thank you. I called them and you are right. They don't sell the old conversion kit anymore but can provide a new drum and foil for about $1000.
I'll likely go that route.
