How to use this fitting.

I picked up a couple of Norseman style fittings and while I know how to install standard Norseman fittings, this type threw me for a loop. Unlike Norsemans, there is no cone. I know they were made by C.Sherman Johnson due to the insignia stamped on them but was unable to find anywhere on their site. The box that they were in had some in the packages with instructions “yes, I grabbed the open ones like a doofuss!” and the ones in the packages also had no cones either.

I can go and retrieve a set where I bough them but it’s over 2 hours away. Might someone here save me a trip and give me some instructional insight? Thanks in advance.

...looks like a castlok epoxy terminal fitting...no wedge, unlay the wire a bit, fill with thickened epoxy...https://www.cruisersforum.com/forums...9&d=1417213698

Re: How to use this fitting.

Looks to me like the wire needs to be roller-swaged into the top of the fitting? The threaded end of the lower fitting appears to have no swaging potential, only the ability to (moderately) adjust length but for that it would also need a locknut which will reduce the adjustment potential even further?
