Identify Organizer, replace sheaves

Does anyone recognize this organizer?

It is probably from year 1980, mounted on a 42 ft mast head cruiser racer.

I want to replace the sheaves, they look a little worn especially the ones with wire halyards going through, some are chipped and have microcracks on the surface. I have one 4-sheaves, and one 3 sheaves on each side.

I found Swedish Rutgerson has sheaves of almost the right size that would fit if I drill the centre hole from 10 up to 12 mm. Not sure that is a good idea though.
Does anyone know where to find sheaves of the right size?

Re: Identify Organizer, replace sheaves

From color and "design", these look a lot like the sheaves of our Goiot wheel steering:
