Keeping furling foil quiet in the winter

I'm leaving my boat in AK this winter. There are many days of very high wind and I'm stowing my sails. I've spent many a night in a marina with empty furler foils whipping in the wind on other boats. Does anyone have a tip on how to keep my harken foil quiet in higher winds?
