Need a new closed fairlead

I managed to break a fairlead on the boat and I am having trouble locating a replacement. The boat is in Olympic Marina near Athens, Greece, and we just arrived back in the US for a one month visit. I would like to try and find this while in the US and bring it back in my luggage.

The fairlead is aluminum, but I am okay with stainless. Distance between the two 5/16" fasteners is five inches and the opening is 2-3/4" long by 1-1/4" high. It must be closed, since it fits under the teak toerail.

Anyone have a suggestion where I can buy something that looks like this?

Thanks!

Re: Need a new closed fairlead

I'm going to bump this to see if someone can help me find a replacement. I broke a fairlead and am need of a replacement. The closest I have found is these by Davey and Co., but they are only available in bronze or chromed bronze. The remaining five on the boat are aluminum, and I'd like them to match.

During my internet searches, I got some hits using "bow chocks", but they must be closed, not open. Appreciate any help!

Why not contact the builder, if they are still in business? If no longer a possibility, see about having one machined from a piece of aluminum plate to match the original. You did bring it along to match, did you not?

Re: Need a new closed fairlead

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the builder is no longer in business. I may look into the idea of having one fabricated, so thanks for the suggestion. I was hoping for a supplier that made one like the one I broke, but that may not be a possibility.

Cheers!
