Need Help Finding Luff Diameter for Furler

I just installed an older profurl system on my 30ft boat and was looking on minneys yacht surplus to buy a sail for it and noticed they have #5, #6,#7,8,9,and 10 foil sizes on the luff. I was wondering what the easiest way to find out what size luff foil I need. Any suggestions?

Some sailmakers are willing to loan out their luff tape gauges, you could check around Or if you have some short pieces of round stock you can figure it out yourself.
