Soooo... it looks like I have a mid 20th century sliding lanyard snap swivel bolt hook w/ racker.

We have at least a half dozen on these on our rigging. They're common. Google that anchor mark. This isn't the "Road Show" there's no mystery. That said (hint), they're the good ones.
