Need help identifying steering pedestal

I am refitting a 1971-72 Formosa 41' and I need help identifying its pedestal. Unfortunately, there are no markings on the pedestal that I can find. The diameter is slightly over 7" and it appears that the top plate attaches with two machine screws. I need to get an engine control head and compass. I can make an adaptor plate but I still would like to know what kind I have. Thanks - Jim
PS: It appears that the pic is sideways - sorry.
