Replace rigging screw 96’ bav37

Has anyone any ideas of how to attack this?

I need to replace the fork/studs in the picture. For the shrouds/sidestay.
But its not evident how to do this, and the boat is too old for the dealer to know or look up this.

Any suggestions is appreciated!

Do i try to pry open the lid on the top side or do i release the big nuts on the underside?

Replying for future reference.

Nuts and pins had to come out. Then top end came off easily.
