Replacing Block for In-Mast Furling Line

I need to replace a 55 mm Rutgerson block that handles the in-mast furling line at the base of the mast. The throat of the block is covered by a spring, which you can see in one of the pictures. The new version seems to be here (https://www.rutgerson.se/product/single-block/), but I don't want to pay shipping from Sweden.

What's the best replacement for this piece of equipment? Can I use a normal single block like this Lewmar 60mm HTX block (Lewmar 60 mm HTX Block) or do I need something more specific? I have my Hunter 380 parts list but can't tell which block is being referred to for the replacement part.
