Replacing Headstay Florida

Good day
Anyone know of a competent rigger in Northern Florida?
My boat is on the hard in Jacksonville area. I’m stuck in Canada and need to have this done before returning to her in November.
Had a local guy “inspect” the rigging, but he didn’t board the boat.
Says I need to rebuild the furler.
Replacing forestay is beyond my pay grade.
Any help greatly appreciated
