Rig Rite - avoid at all costs

don't waste your time with them, they are useless - I have been trying to buy a furler from them for 10 months. Call day after day, the female in the parts department has a huge bad attitude, tells me every day they will call me back before the end of the day to tell me if they have the part available - they never call. Ten months and at least 100 phone calls - this company is a PATHETIC JOKE

Re: Rig Rite - avoid at all costs

Sorry to hear of your experience, but it seems to me that the first few calls are shame on them. The rest are shame on you. What kept you coming back?
I've heard similar issues with this company, especially the attitude of the person who answers the phone. I did business with them about 12 years ago, and it went well, but things change.
