Rolly Tasker "Lazy Bag"?

Has anyone had any experience with the Rolly Tasker "Lazy Bag", their version of the Stack Pack? If so what are your opinions of it (function, construction, easy of installation, reefing)? Does anyone have pictures of it in use? I am considering installing a stack pack or lazy bag on my 31' Hunter and trying to do due research beforehand.

Thanks in advance.

REALLY?!?!

I guess they are too busy sailing to comment on their Rolly Tasker "Lazy Bags"!

We bought one for our cat in 2013. Not that super impressed. Would try to find another design if I bought one for my next boat.

Thanks for your reply,
What issues did you have with it? Do you have any pictures of it? Does your boat have lazy jacks ?

Re: Rolly Tasker "Lazy Bag"?

I found it was flapping a lot. A little bit to big. Round battens in pockets to support lengthwise. Got hole in the end pocket. I used the lazy jack I had since before to attach to the bag. I saw many bags during my trip and a lot of them looked better and more slim than mine.

Re: Rolly Tasker "Lazy Bag"?

I'm curious how it goes. Our RT rep advised against it for our application (offshore cruising).

We got the standard RT boom bag instead, very nice quality and well made. It's a little bit of a nuisance to take on / off all the time but it's not too bad and the cost of the new sails motivates me to do it! At least that's one less thing to worry about flapping around etc. in stormy weather.
