Rope clutches

First time query. I bought a Valiant 32 which is equipped with rope clutches, one of which is faulty. I am trying to identify the brand , the logo of which is an "S" with a dolphin entwined. I would like to fix or rebuild the multiple clutch once I am able to identify it.

First of I don't know what the symbol means, secondly I love the Valiant 32 as a boat I had my eye on one here in Europe but someone snatched her up, instead I got an Endurance 35 Ketch.

Sounds like Schaefer's old logo to me. They do not currently list rope clutches, though
