Having difficulty hunting down a supplier of
SDA luff batten box.

SDA seems to be a small french company with no internet presence. They are sold though the Bainbridge sailcloth network, so if you contact them they should be able to advise a retailer nearby or sell directly.
Rolly Tasker also make exact copies half the price but they look like regular plastic rather than Acetol/Derlin.
