Spinnaker Spline

anyone knows how its made ? Maybe its on youtube..?

Looks like it is core dependent line with the core extracted at a point. Cover is then stitched above and below the extraction point. don't see it but loop could be seized first.
What is a spinnaker spline and how is it used?

naae maybe a little quick there - it´s more of a Gennaker sheet but it does not chafe so much against the rigging.
