Staysail and the need for cabin top winches

Hi. The winter project of this season is installing a inner stay. I have the 150 % genoa on the furler. Already have a hank on storm jib, which gave me the incentives of installing the inner stay. So far, i am spending plenty of time down below with a flashlight, trying to figure out a sound set up, making my list of required hardware etc. Currently have 2 winches aboard one on each side(genoa winches) located on the cockpit coamings. With them, i can control the genoa and the spinnaker. The spinnaker pole can be managed without the mechanical advantage, although i have been only sailing under benign conditions.
With the installation of the inner stay, i believe i need to create a way to achive different sheet angles, bringing the clew of the storm jib close to the centerline, in which case my genoa winches may not be adequate.
I am also very curious about exploring the full potential of the variety of sails and sail configurations such as twin head sail, flying the genoa on the furler and a jib on the inner stay etc. With this projects on my mind, should i also start looking for a pair of winches?
