If you want a sail designed to mount overtop of a furled up jib, look at ATN's Gale Sail.

Though I'm not a big fan of them, & there are better solutions. It wouldn't hurt for you to consider adding a Solent stay, along with a Solent jib. Which tend to be of the size you're looking at, about 85%. Plus you can setup this 2nd headstay to work both as a Solent Stay, & as a Cutter Stay.

Yeah, $1000! The sail I started this thread on would have cost me $160.
