Toe Rail replacement segment

My Beneteau Oceanis 400 (1996) has an ugly dent in the port toerail, in a section where the toerail is straight (as opposed to curved). Trying to straighten it out would not resolve the matter. I do not want to replace the full toerail strip as it would require dismounting interior cabinets to reach the bolts on the underside. I am looking for a 18" segment or possibly installing a fairlead in the slot. I have spent considerable time contacting vendors of used sailboat accessories, as new pieces are sold in 24ft segments, which would cost around $2K to buy and ship. Any suggestions on where I might find such a piece??? Thanks in advance for any input!
