You can get parts like that from spareparts.beneteauusa.com. To get credentials to use the site you’ll need to contact a dealer (any dealer, not necessarily where you bought the boat or the nearest one). When you log into the site and make an order it’ll be fulfilled by that dealer.

It looks like Beneteau calls that a “Locker latch puch” (sic), part 183606, and “STRIKER COCKPIT LOCKER C/BRASS”, part 011178.
