We use Don Green for most of our sheave needs at our rigging shop, unless we need to make it the same day in which case we make them in house. Don is just very quick and affordable, and makes fantastic quality sheaves.

Duckworks is a great source if they have big enough sheaves. They tend toward small boat gear, but great prices and quick shipping if the have what you need.

It may be that the pin diameter is the limiting factor. If the sheave turns on whatever pin, do you care if the diameter is measured in inches or metric? I rebuild snatch blocks buy buying both Harken sheaves and pins (actually shoulder bolts) with matching diamenter.

The sheaves on the aft end of my bom are in bad shape. They are either 2.25" or 60mm (can't say for sure as they are crumbling) with a 10mm center hole.
