Anti-bond to remove rubber handles on hypalon dinghy?

Hi,

I've got an 2010 vintage Triton dinghy made of hypalon. The rubber handles have become cracked and require replacing. I'm not sure how to remove these safely? A putty knife won't insert (I'm not going to force it for fear of puncturing the hypalon). Heat gun barely makes a difference. Can I use Anti-bond for this purpose, or will it dissolve the substrate?

Thanks for advice!!
