Anybody Ever seen Davits Like These?

Came with boat. They attach at bottom of transom and tilt dinghy up on transom. Lots of line, blocks, cleats etc. Just can't quite make sense of it all. Need pics showing how to rig. Thx

I think that it is a Dinghy-Tow by Davron Products. If you don't want it, I do!
