Battery Box or Tie-Down for AL RIB?

I have an Apex 310L which is an aluminum hulled 10'2" RIB.

I have a rope/electric start 9.9 outboard (gf can't rope start).

I have a PC680 form factor AGM battery (which group size is this?).

There's no provision for a battery box or any sort of mounting or tiedown for one.

Before I start drilling holes in my new tender I'd like to hear what others have done in this situation.
