I have the stickers laminated (with the thick plastic) and then use velcro tape to attach them to the inside of the transom (hard dinghy).

I used boatnumberplate.com to get a plate with my state reg numbers, then glued that on to my Achilles dinghy. It’s been 2 years now and every corner is still nice n tight.
