Choosing Dinghy Davits - Garhaeur vs Kato

Hi

Just bought a sailboat 44'. Now fitting her for some long haul cruising. I want to add a dinghy davits so I don't to haul up the dink every night/trip because I will be travelling short handed with Admiral supervising.

Short listed dinghy davits from Garhaeur and Kato. I see Kato has winches option and I could also add a solar panels.
