cordless drill/angle driver to start 5 hp outboard

I would like to convert my Honda to electric start using the emergency drum? under the shroud. Has anyone used a cordless tool for this? Do you think it's feasible? I know about the Milwaukee driver for winches.

I'm not familiar with that Honda model, so perhaps you could attach a pic showing this "emergency drum". The 28 V Milwaukee would have enough torque and speed to crank the motor, but imagining a means of connecting it to the "drum" taht would allow instant disconnection when the motor starts and goes faster than the drill draws a blank for me.

Anyone who has use a hand crank to start a small motor will understand the problem! The usual method is some sort of drive incorporating a notch with one side sloped away. This usually works, but the slightest backfire type action has broken a lot of wrists over the years.

I've been starting various small engines with a cordless drill for years. It sure saves a lot of yanking when you have an issue to resolve. I'm using a Ryobi, nothing special cordless. When it starts you can just pull it off. The socket HAS spun off before. Safety third.
