Dinghy cover

has anyone glued vinal on ding ,like with 5200

Yes. 5200 takes for-bloody-ever to set up though. We used 5200 to bond pvc (polyvinylchloride) fabric over a hypalon dinghy bottom. The bond stayed good for the period we owned the dinghy, and it made the bottom waterproof again.
