Dinghy in rough weather

Hi All!

I'm considering either an Eastport Nesting Pram. The Eastport has a length of 7'9", Beam 48", rowing draft 5" and a payload of 375lbs. Not sure of the freeboard.

So here is my question. Can I use this pram in less than ideal conditions - like say I have to row out a second anchor on a storming night.

Anyone have this experience with one of these prams?
