dinghy plight....please advise

The floor has come come off my bombard inflatable.....again.... after spending many hours cleaning and reglueing with hh66. In spite of the great stability of blowups i am thinking about a hard dink but i fear me (165#) and my 6 hp are too much weight in aft causing bow to point skyward and wont plane. Any one who can advise me to avoid a mistake? Thx much

I was just "given" an 8' "West Marine" dingy with the bottom falling out of it. It is very old, but the tubes hold air. Any ideas on re-glueing the floor back in? I have ordered a qt of "Clifton Hypolon Adhesive" for the task, but how the heck do I get the old adhesive off? I understand 3M sells an adhesive remover, but it's not for sale in California
