Fleming wind vane asistance required

Hello everybody. I just got a Hans Christian 37 with a transom hung rudder and has a Fleming wind vane installed, but I can't find the vane for it. I can't see wich model it is, but most likely it's one for bluewater cruising since the boat has crossed oceans.
1. Any idea on the measurments the vane should have?
2. Any suggestions on materials that can be used to build one? I can't find a web page for the company, I've read they're out of business.

Hi two vanes came with my Fleming.
smaller is 8" x 23.5"
larger is 6.75"x 34.5"

I also included a photo of the unit.
they are made of ply just under 1/8" thick, must be metric size.
I have not yet installed this unit which I bought used. soon!
