Inflatable Dinghy Advice

Can anyone help me with opinions on a 2.6m Mercury RIB?
There is one for sale here second hand in NZ - it looks very nice, fibreglass bottom, hypalon tubes etc. I believe Mercury is an American brand??
The trouble is, this one is actually manufactured in China. We have a top of the range inflatable in NZ called an Aquapro. Recently they too shifted their manufacturing to China and the brand now has a few problems with quality, hence my concerns. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for the replies.
I have a port-a-bote as a tender. Its a little bit too big for us hence the occasional look around for something a little smaller, but when it comes down to it, the port-a-bote is such an incredibly good dinghy that we are loathe to part with it.
So we will continue with it.
