Takacats, what do owners think?

I am thinking of buying a 3m Takacat as a tender for a Bavaria 46, for runs of up to 2km in variable coastal conditions on Australian east coast, with a 5hp outboard, 2-4 persons plus occasionally supplies. I am interested in how they handle with a wind toward the nose, and in chop. It will mostly be stowed in a locker, used two weeks a month. Any views very welcome.
