I am no fan of real estate developers but the anchor-outs in Richardson Bay are not "sailors", they're squatters...

Re: anchor-outs have significantly harmed the ecosystem

You are wasting time and energy. If you guys in Sausalito don't get out there and find an attorney to block this rezone with a court order you will lose every inch of Marinship. Period.

It’s not "their land/water" any more than the streets and sidewalks of SF belong to the "unhoused." They’re squatters that have been there for far too long.

Re: anchor-outs have significantly harmed the ecosystem

The only squatters in the Marinship are the City Counsel and the City of Sausalito who dumped their self-made downtown homeless camp into the Marinship tennis courts and trashed the entire area. The Marinship is zoned for the Maritime industry, fine artist and mariners. If you don't want your own waterfront worth billions of dollars, the developers are ready to take all of it and have already posted their building plans everywhere with their rezone plan. Adios.
