Not sure what the typical bottom is where you will be anchoring, but if it's mud and sand, a Fortress would be a good choice. Very light and easy to handle, once set in mud or sand, it holds like crazy. Main issue is a Fortress or Danforth doesn't reset as well as the new generation anchors. I had a Pearson 26 many years ago and cruised all over Long Island Sound and southern New England using a 13 lb Danforth.

I suspect with a boat like yours, you are mainly looking at weekends and maybe a week or so longer cruise in mainly nice summer weather. No need to go crazy with your anchor gear. More important to have at least two anchors onboard.
