Anyone found some cheap but good Chinese headsets?

we're looking into get a pair of, hopefully reasonably priced, radio headsets for anchoring.



Has someone found and bought something like this at Alibaba, Banggood or similar sites?
Appreciate suggestions!



Should be splashproof and over the ears with a kitten over the microphone to reduce wind noise.

Direct duplex communication between the two would be best = built in short range radio, not necessarily VHF.
Alternativ two cheap short range radios with attached headsets.
