Atlantic Canadian Harbours-Small Craft Harbours

This is a copy of an epistle that I recently wrote for F-book "Cruising & Sailing Maritime Canada" group. It attempts to explain the harbour system & I hope it may help visitors.
Note: Canadians call the 3 eastern provinces (N.B.,P.E.I. & N.S.) the Maritimes as a group. When NFLD is added to the Maritimes,the 4 province group is referred to as Atlantic Canada.
The above F-book group should have been named Cruising & Sailing Atlantic Canada-but it was started & still administered by Phil Merlier-an American-a nice guy who does a fine job-so we overlook this minor slip
