Drum Winch Free Fall

I have 6-7 meter boat, i want to purchase the freefall drum winch for my boat but i don't know much about it so please let me know about the companies which manufacture freefall drum winch having excellent feactures and also tell me about their prices,size and varieties of freefall drum winch as well

I build my own drum winch. My book has the details. Nothing simpler.

Thanks for your reply about the drum winch manufacturers, but i have found two or more companies that are shown on the internet which manufactures freefall drum winch and sell at lesser price than other drum winch manufacturers.That's why iam little confused, so please tell me what special features i look for while purchasing the drum which(freefall) and which companies are better to purchase this product?

The companies are :-
1. Stressfree marine
2. SailingStar Marine
3. New Young Star Metal Co.,LTD.

Fishboats in BC use almost exclusively drum winches ,many are available used given the reductions in the size of the BC fishing fleet. Boaters exchange in Sidney, Popeyes in North Vancouver, and the marine exchange in Steveston BC are all good places to look for one. Most are hydraulic and have hydraulic motors on them.,

kolstrand in seattle build a 12 and 14" aluminum hydraulic winch for around 3k.
