I am surprised that no one has mentioned a Vulcan yet. Made by Rocna - but without the roll bar. I had a similar bow sprit issue on our Pacific Seacraft that was built to take double CQR's. (wonderful ).

I wanted a Rocna but upon checking out the fit using their templates, which you can download, it did not work. I ended up getting the Vulcan and have been very pleased with it. I would recommend you give it a look.
