I've never linked a photo but I've uploaded them.

You need to be in advanced reply mode rather than quick reply.

Below the box for typing text your will find AdditionalOptions. Click on ManageAttachments.

After that click on ChooseFile. There is a separate button for each file you want to upload. You will get a standard dialog boax to navigate your own computer's directories and choose the file you want. Mind the allowable file types and sizes.

When you are done ChoosingFiles click on Upload.

You can Preview to see how things look.
