Lighthouse Windlass

Does anyone know if Lighthouse Windlass are still in operation?

I was talking with them towards the end of last year regarding getting some spare parts and all of a sudden they've gone off the grid and I can't raise them!

I need a new motor for the windlass, along with replacement brushes and springs for the old motor...

Hi Bill,

As far as I know they are alive and well. I installed a new unit with custom deck and backing plates from them May- 2014 [that project is on our blog if anyone is interested], and a sister-ship just did business with them a few weeks ago. They were very responsive and great to do business with. [That said, their web site appears to have been neglected for a decade at least...]

In case you need their contact info:

Lighthouse Manufacturing
2491 Rubidoux Blvd, Bldg C.
Riverside, CA 92509
Tel: 951-683-5078
Email: Info@Lighthouse-mfg-usa.com

Cheers!

Re: Lighthouse Windlass

They are very much alive and well. I worked with them this past fall on rebuilding my beautiful 1501 windlass. The guy who helped me was wonderful. They still have parts. The designs haven't really changed that much so they have what you need.
