Lighthouse Windlass

I want to give a shout out to Lighthouse windlass. I have a 2010 47’ Passport. My 10 year old 1501 lighthouse windlass needed an o ring replacement. I had to take the windlass off the boat to work on it at home, which meant I had to remove the motor, which eventually meant I had to replace the motor adaptor. Through it all I had millions of questions. Lighthouse responded immediately and between Jordan and Scott I was able to do all the work myself. At one point Scott walked me through every step of the way by phone, text and photos. I never could have done it without his help. It probably saved me a small fortune in shipping and repair costs. Their service was fantastic! They told me they are now repairing windlasses made by other manufacturers as well.

Re: Lighthouse Windlass

My Lighthouse 1501 hauled this off the bottom. Wondered why it struggled a bit (but only a bit) near the end.
