Looking for Rope Capstan for Ideal Horizontal Windlass

I had a broken Ideal horizontal windlass model: CWM for a couple of years. I finally got around to opening it up. The motor would not run so I opened it up and found it jammed up because the motor has taken in water at some point. I cleaned up and rebuilt the motor and it now works perfectly.

I then decided to take the rope capstan out to get it re-chromed. Bad idea. I damaged the capstan while pulling it out. A new capstan from Ideal is pricey. I am hoping someone has one or knows where I can find one. The bore of the capstan is 1" and has a slot for a kind of a key that is on the spindle. I am willing to pay a reasonable price.
