Rocna Anchor sizing?

I have a 25 kg Rocna on my boat which loaded is probably @ 15 tons. I have dragged twice with it and both times it was at 3:1 scope when I was negligent about letting out more chain and then getting hit with 50 knots of wind in squalls.

At 7:1 I don't worry, within reason. Peter Smith, the founder of Rocna has some pretty extensive cruising experience in challenging locations and I'm confident in their sizing recommendations. That said, a heavier anchor never hurts. If upsizing you allows you to sleep better at night it's probably worth it for that alone.
