Which anchor as backup?

Since I have a new Sarca Excel 30kg I have 3 anchors spare. I was considering letting go of all 3, but decided to keep one as a backup.
Which of the 3 should I keep?
CQR, Bugel or Danforth (steel).
The CQR is the heaviest with 45lbs. The others seem slightly lighter.

I don't see a genuine Danforth in the picture. If you have one, keep it! Ignore any Danforth copies other than Fortress or West Marine. Danforth's (and particularly Fortresses) make great straight-line pull second anchors for things like a Bahamian moor, or when you need to take an anchor out in the dink to kedge off. Not sure that CQR is genuine either. Again, many knockoffs are not good.

Here some better pics. I assumed it to be one. I see no markings whatsoever. Likely not genuine?
The CQR is marked Harbourfast 45 lbs.

IMHO, Keep the bugel. The CQR is a close second. I'd ditch that delta thing.

Re: Which anchor as backup?

I would keep the one that is easiest to stow.

In 16 years with over7 yeas of full time cruising my backup anchor never even got wet. That is why I had a Mantus backup as it could be disassembled for storage.

Sell them and get a Fortress as backup

Re: Which anchor as backup?

I just replaced a genuine CQR of 40 something pounds with a Sarca Excel of near 50 pounds. I believe it is one size smaller than yours.

Back up is a Fortress that easily stands upright in a molded in space in the anchor locker.

The CQR is now in my shed. Heavier and harder to stow than the Fortress. I anchor mostly in mud, sometimes in sand. I'm a local coastal cruiser at this point. If I was going anywhere distant I'd probably bring all 3. Lose one in the boondocks and now you don't have a backup anymore......
