Depth of Marsh Harbour?

Stephen Pavledis' "Abaco Guide" says that Marsh Harbour's depth at MLW is 7'. Can anyone confirm that? I draw 6'3" and want to leave my sloop at either Conch Inn Marina or Harbour View Marina for the winter, flying in monthly to go cruising. But I have "depth anxiety" and wonder if my sail in or sail out time will be constrained by the tide.

Any input on both depth and the two marinas mentioned will be very much appreciated.

We draw 6.5' and we go in at the top half of the tide. Although some parts of Marsh can be done at any tide, the approaches to each of the above Marinas have spots of 6', and some 5.5'. Conch Inn has more slips with sufficient depth at any tide. Harbor View is much smaller and many have one or two which might accommodate your draft. Mangos has at least one spot with enough depth. Call ahead to be sure.
