A bit more research reveals that Windy.app (referenced in Post #14 with the image of a wind rose) is a completely different Android/iPhone app to Windy.com.

The app named Windy.com is developed by the same people as the online https:\\windy.com and is an entirely different app to windy.app. Neither the online site nor the app have wind roses.
