Fairlee Creek entrance depth?

Hi everyone- on our way up Chesapeake bay and considering stopping at fairlee creek later today. We draw 5 feet. Any local knowledge of channel depth?

Re: Fairlee Creek entrance depth?

Last time we were in Fairlee, the depths were about 6’ in the entrance. Key is to hug the starboard shoreline and then take a 90-degree turn at the entrance. Went by there a couple of weeks ago and saw a lot of boats anchored, so don’t think the entrance has shoaled lately.

Re: Fairlee Creek entrance depth?

Thanks! We saw minimum of 6 feet but mostly 6.5 at mid tide. Better marked than I remembered it long ago.
