GPS Interference Testing??

So, did anyone on the eastern seaboard, (Florida, South Carolina, etc) see any weird GPS issues on Wednesday, Jan 30 between 8 am and 3 pm?

The notice did include 127 nm radius at 50 ft above ground level (AGL)

I can't be sure of the date, but a few days ago I did notice my phone was having a lot of difficulty getting a fix. I'm just outside the maximum given range in southern Virginia.
